Outdoor play equipment for big kids?
December 6, 2013 at 2:50 PM

That is NOT a trampoline?

My kids are 6, 7, and 10. We got rid of our swingset a few months ago because they were just getting too big for it. We thought about getting a trampoline but for various reasons I don't like that idea.

I've been looking at this thing from Amazon, but they jacked the price up $40 this week so I'm not buying it unless it goes back down!

any suggestions?

My kids would love that thing! We have one of swing sets that has a fort on top. My hubby built the whole thing so that the fort is 4x bigger then it was supposed to be. They still play on it & they are 10 & 8.

You might check out Vision Forum and JM Kremps, they have a lot of great outdoor adventure/physical type stuff that works great for all ages. I have found a lot of p.e. ideas from P.E. Central as well.

How big is it? If it's like what is at the park, $40 isn't too much.

Depends on how big it is.  D has one, but he hasn't played on it for a couple of years because it just isn't big enough.

I say look for that elsewhere. Amazon always pulls that crap.
