Help: Weekly Menu Ideas

Ok ladies I need help creating a weekly menu with some sort of rhythm to it. This will help me with shopping and the less I have to think the better.

This is what I have so far:
Taco Tuesdays
Pizza Wednesday
Seafood saturday

Any ideas for the other days? Help!
Am I the only one who does this?

    We do breakfast for dinner on Friday's and we have pasta on Wednesday's.

    I like to mix it up.

    Last week:

    Sloppy Joes

    One Pot Chicken and Biscuits

    Homemade Burritos (Chipotle style)

    Bubble Pizza

    Mini Meatloaves

    Jimmy Johns


    This week:

    Fish n Chips

    BBQ Chicken Drummies

    Broccoli Cheese Soup

    Brats

    BLCTs (Bacon, Lettuce, Cheese and Tomatoes)

    Spaghetti and Meatballs with Garlic toast

    Meatless Mondays?

    I tend to make a weekly list that includes at least one chicken dish, one beef or pork dish, one vegetarian dish, one pasta dish and one seafood dish if I can fit it in.

    How about Breakfast for Dinner Monday? Mondays are usually hard.
    Crockpot day?
    Kid cook Sunday?

     no your not the only one who does this! ive been making menus for the last 30 years! mine are for 2 weeks at a time.

    a few ideas

    meatloaf w/ bbq sauce on top- mashed potatoes, green beans, salad

    chili- corn bread or taco shells- sour cream, cheese, salsa

    spheggetti and meatballs or no meatballs- green salad, garlic bread,

    chili potatoes w/ toppings: cheese, sour cream, olives, salsa, tomatoes, onions, etc

    shepherds pie- green salad, rolls

    roasted chicken-mashed potatoes, gravy, veg, bread

    grilled chicken breast-can be made into grilled sandwiches, make some fries, or baked beans or potato salad

    teriyaki chicken- grilled or ovened or fried-fried rice, chinese salad

    stuffed peppers- green salad,

    potato soup- rolls

    stew- bread or rolls

    navaho bread tacos-green salad

    lasagna- green salad, garlic bread,

    hamb gravy- fried or mashed potatoes, veg, green salad

    fajitias- whatevers left in the garden, flour shells, salsa

    coconut shrimp- green salad, pineapple fried rice

    We always do a pasta dish on Sundays - something from my husband's childhood (the entire extended family would do a big pasta dinner after Mass).

    I actually meal plan for a month...and we are learning to shop 1-2 weeks at a time.  My months differ.  I have no rhyme or reason to how I plan.  I do however let my girls and SO each choose one meal a month that they may want and I fit it in.  The usual requests are mac and cheese with hot dogs, my spinach casserole, and the most recent request was for stuffed shells.  I do however make 2 crockpot meals a week.  We have a friend who has been eating with us recently and is begging for my recipes...hes a man and lives alone.  I think its cheaper for him to eat with us once in a while.

    Soup/stew day

    I am a huge fan of Pinterest when it comes to menu planning. I swear I spend 15 minutes on there and I have food planned for a couple weeks haha!
