I like the ones on Leapfrog.

If you like the Addam's Family theme you could try this video:

My kids always learned the days of the week to the tune of the Adams' Family.  "there's Sunday and there's Monday. There's Tuesday and theres Wednesday. There's Thursday and there's Friday and then there's Saturday.  Days of the week"  snap, snap "Days of the week."

But another fun version for both songs can be found by cearching Patty Shukla.  My two year old LOVES her songs and even the days of the week in Spanish.

We sing the days of the week to the tune of Oh My Darlin' Clementine. (Starting with Sunday)

I had two that I used in my Kindergarten classroom.  One was "Days of the Week" to the Addams family tune.  The other one was Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday to the tune of "Oh my darlin' Clementine".  It seems like there is one more that I will try to think of.  I did that one in Spanish too.

Oh, "There are seven days, there are seven days, there are seven days in a week, Sunday..."

That is very similar to the one I use, but with some pitch variance and expression.
