How do you celebrate your child(ren)s birthdays? Hugh party, small party, no party, take them somewhere, nothing, etc?

It is almost always a family only event. -
Big parties! Both of my girls are in February. This year they will each have a smaller party for family and we are going to great wolf lodge for the weekend. Birthdays are a big deal to us. -
Last year for my dd's 4th birthday we (my husband and I) took her to Great Wolf Lodge. We had a blast. The year before that on her 3rd birthday I took her to six flags.

We usually have cake and do something small at home.
