Foreign Language Advice???

I am hoping someone has a resource that may help me. I would like to teach my daughter (11) Spanish or Latin - cheap. (Free would be awesome. ) But most programs I see seem to be a joke or do not have very good pronuciation features. My daughter has hearing impairement and so pronunciation is HUGE. Also, it needs to be self-teaching unlike regular work because I can't teach it. Any ideas greatly appreciated!!!

We are enjoying kindle & iPad apps, mostly for the pronunciation aspects, and they are super cheap.

Yes. Unfortunatly they only have Spanish to English resources. Thank you anyway.
