Homeschooling Moms
We are going to see Dr. Dolittle at our local Rep theatre. My kids are super excited and then we will go to lunch and come home to just have a pretty relaxing day.....except that Mommy has to work once we get home.
Tomorrow we are going skating like we do every Saturday and have to be there super early and Sunday we have been invited to a picnic.
Anyone got anything fun going on today or over the weekend?

The boys are planning to play in the snow today if it goes above 10 degrees. We're going to make smores in the fireplace, build a cushion fort, read scary stories in our fort, bake cookies, and maybe watch a movie. Pizza for supper!
It's a day off and we are very excited! -
It's too cold to leave the house much, especially for my eldest who has asthma. So I'll be planning what to do for our co-op classes this weekend, and I'm crocheting a large doily for my step-mother, and I haven't done much on it this month, so I'll probably work on it as well.

DD has horseback riding this morning and both kids are going ice skating this afternoon. -
We're doing school now, and then I have an appt with a lactation specialist, then my SIL will be up for the weekend, so DD (4yro) is super excited about playing with my neices and nephews! They're only here every other weekend, they have a house here and one the next state down due to her husbands company.
Tomorrow hubby works so we'll probably go ahead and do school since it's only about 2 hours, then play the rest of the day with the kids. Sunday church and family dinner at the inlaws. : ) -
We have a winter hike tomorrow morning. 5 miles of letting my kid get all his energy out!

Well, we are a weird family . My boys think that shoveling snow for the neighborhood is a fun activity. And it is snowing out right now. lol

Here too! Almost 4 inches in the last 3 hours. Looks like we are finally getting a normal winter storm!

Nope we have sick kids so the only fun we are having is in the house!

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for Saturday. I want to take the kids to the library where an artist is coming in and giving a free class on how to draw with just sharpie and show off all his works and give other tips on "becoming an artist". My little guy will be happy enough being by the puppet theater lol. Then hubby is taking me to the movie and the kids get to be with their favorite neighbor (I'm pretty sure they want her to adopt them lol).
Sunday will probably involve the day dedicated to fixing the horrible desktop....
