Planning for next year I'm going to switch some things around, schedule wise, to make room for a few added subjects that we will be taking on. These will be our courses for next year:
Algebra I
Grammar/Writing/Spelling
Literature
World History
Science
Art
Geography
French
American Sign Language (online course)
Word Study/Linguistics
Religion
I'm *thinking* of doing this to our schedule:
Mon-Thurs: Math, Language Arts (grammar, writing, spelling, literature), Religion, History, Science, French
Friday: Math, Art, Geography, literature, ASL, Word History
What does your junior high schedule look like?

Our 7th grade plan will look something like this:
Saxon Math 8/7 (Pre-algebra)
Hake Grammar & Writing 8/7 (English)
Story of the World 2 (History/Geography)
Apologia Physical Science (Science)
Artistic Pursuits JH Book 1 (Art)
Spanish for Children Primer A (Spanish)
Daily reading (books of choice)
Theater
Choir
Gym (P.E.)
CCD (Religion)
Not sure about the time-frame yet. Right now (6th grade) we're trying to stick with 1-2 of the major subjects a day. Reading is daily. Theater, choir, & CCD are once a week. Gym is 3x a week. Next year it will probably be similar.
