Tutu making mommas question

How do you get clean cut strips? I'm attempting my first tutu now.

I use a rotary cutter on a mat. So much faster than scissors!

 If you have tulle from a bolt use a rotary cutter it helps keep clean edges. I prefer the tulle on the 6 inch x 25 yard (or 100 yards) rolls.

Yep! I tried buying by the yard and was like forget this. Lol I don't mind spending a little more for the roll.

LOL, I've figured that out. I'm going to finish these two with the tulle by the yard but these are the only two I'll make that way. It's a headache

Roll your yards of tulle cut off the over hang on the edges. Measure out 6 inches across and cut until you are done. Then you will a couple strips at a yard length and just cut your desired length off each strip.

I wrap mine on cardboard and cut straight with scissors.
