I didnt use an exact pattern but i did however look up this youtube video and i found it to be the easiest for me since i have no sewing skills. If you can sew there are different ways in making this. For the ears, eyes, nose, and mouth i cut the shapes out of felt. I kept it very simple since i dont have much time to craft. Hope this helps :)
