I'm throwing my sils baby shower today!!! I made this as the "centerpiece" to the decorating. The theme is "born to rock"

How:
Dollar store table cloths, hula hoop, streamers, card stock, ribbon, and a whole lot of tape.

We're giving my youngest a circus theme bday party and I love the hola hoope idea!!!  I'm going to have to borrow this!! :)  The living room is open to the dining room so it will make things look great, I'm so glad you shared!
