Thought I would share this with you ladies, it's so easy and cheap! I cut up red potatoes into chunks, boil them for a few minutes until they are still firm but starting to get cooked, wrap them in a 1/3 of a strip of bacon, secure with a toothpick (which I soak in water for a while so they don't burn) and roast in the oven til the bacon is how you like it.This can be done with almost any veggie, everything tastes good wrapped in bacon!
