    May 12 – 18, 2013


    Sunday:

    breakfast – baked omelet w/hashbrowns, veggie juice

    lunch – leftover pizza, salad

    dinner – spicy roast chicken, baked sweet potatoes, steamed broccoli, beets


    Monday:

    breakfast – sweet potato patties, fried eggs, veggie juice

    lunch - chicken salad lettuce wraps

    dinner – meatloaf, mock twice baked potato casserole, steamed broccoli mix


    Tuesday:

    breakfast – sausage and squash frittata, veggie juice

    lunch – tuna/tomato/avocado salad

    dinner – chicken fajita pizza


    Wednesday:

    breakfast – leftover frittata

    lunch – hamburger veggie stew

    dinner – Swiss mushroom chicken on grain-free panini, tossed salad


    Thursday:

    breakfast – almond flour blueberry pancakes, veggie juice

    lunch – pizza burgers, salad

    dinner – paprika pork roast, broccoli & cheese casserole, roasted butternut squash


    Friday:

    breakfast – scrambled eggs w/sausage & peppers, veggie juice

    lunch – leftovers

    dinner – tacos


    Saturday:

    breakfast – fend for yourself

    lunch – bratwurst, salad

    dinner – pizza

     I'm working more than usual this week so I'm just planning dinners.

    Sun- Fricase de pollo, rice

    Mon-Taco rice casserole

    Tues- Chicken & dumplings

    Wed- Blackened fish, potatoes, spinach

    Thurs- Chicken alfredo lasagna

    Fri- Spaghetti, cucumber salad

    Sat-BBQ chicken, potatoes, veggie

    my week got all out of sorts last week so some meals are just transferring over since i didn't have a chance to make them...

    sun: shrimp skewers, grilled peppers and onions, grilled corn, salad, strawberries and a rhubarb cake

    mon: eggplant parm, salad, rosemary olive oil bread

    tues: pineapple chicken (crock pot), rice and steamed brocoli

    weds: lemon pepper tilapia, roasted cauliflower and cheese, and watermelon

    thurs: taco casserole and taco toppings

    fri: leftovers
