    March 17 – 23, 2013


    Sunday:

    breakfast – fruit, omelets

    lunch – sloppy joe salad

    dinner – crockpot ham and cabbage dinner, mint oreo pie


    Monday:

    breakfast – grain-free banana pancakes, veggie juice

    lunch - leftovers

    dinner - crockpot Tuscan chicken stew


    Tuesday:

    breakfast – breakfast bake, veggie juice

    lunch – leftovers

    dinner – tacos


    Wednesday:

    breakfast – omelets, bacon

    lunch – clam chowder, salad

    dinner - skillet chicken vesuvius, salad


    Thursday:

    breakfast – grain-free waffles, veggie juice

    lunch – leftovers, salad

    dinner - crockpot beef stew, grain-free butter biscuits


    Friday:

    breakfast – poached eggs, veggie hash, veggie juice

    lunch – tuna melts, salad

    dinner - crockpot island chicken, salad


    Saturday:

    breakfast – FFY

    lunch – bratwurst, side salad or veggie sticks

    dinner - pizza frittata, salad

    Sausage, white beans, and kale over cheesy polenta

    I am getting so much better at sticking to the meal plan. I still stray from it 1-2 days per week but it's improvement and it's really saving me money.

    Sunday We ate at a birthday party.

    Monday Leftovers of beef stroganoff from a couple nights back

    Tuesday Corned beef hash with eggs and rye toast. Leftovers of Saturday.

    Rest of the week undecided.

    Home made granola bars and fruit for breakfast

    Corn dog muffins for lunch (salad, fruit, nuts, cukes and carrots)

    I make dinner every other night and when I cook, I cook enough for leftovers the next day:

    spaghetti, shrimp, spinach and peas in a lemon-garlic-olive oil sauce

    grilled bbq chicken, cheesy quinoa cakes, green beans

    sweet and sour chicken, rice noodles, broccoli

    grilled honey ginger grilled salmon, rice, veggies
