Sunday- chicken and dumpling soup and fresh bread.
Mon-baked chicken breasts, stuffing, and veggies.
Tues-blackeye peas with kielbasa, rice and cornbread
Wed-venison roast with carrots and potatoes
Thurs-pork chops, pasta and veggies
Fri-Sun-out of town, staying with family, eating at MIL's house and treating ourselves out!
Breakfasts are always cereal, fruit, toat or whatever there is. Lunches are leftovers or sandwiches.
Sunday Turkey and bisquit casserole
Monday Breaded veal cutlets, fettuccini alfredo veggie to be decided
Tuesday Ham and scallop potatoes veggie to be decided.
Wednesday Flat Iron steak, Loaded mashed potatoes,veggie to be decided
Thursday Leftover Ham and scallop potatoes.
Friday undecided. Fish possibly or some other meatless dish for lent.
Saturday Pork Chops. Sides undecided.
Monday: stuffed bell peppers
Tuesday: chicken stir fry and egg rolls
Wednesday:roast with potatoes and corn and homemade cheese muffins
Thursday: pulled pork sandwiches, fries and a veggie
Friday: Mexican lasagna ...haven't had it in a while
Saturday: no idea yet
Sunday: no idea yet lol
Monday- B- eggs and yogurt (waffles for SO)
L- Ham steak and creole rice
D Voila Skillet meals (dunno which ones yet)
Tuesday- Waffles with pb&J and yogurt (for me)
L Ham roll ups with salad and boiled eggs
D Spaghetti w/ meatballs and carrot sticks
Wed B- protein shakes (for both of us)
L Tuna sandwiches/ tuna salad
D Chicken breast with creamy cheese rice and peas
Thursday Waffles (we have 20 packs of eggos.. they gotta go!) yogurt and a hard boiled egg for me
L hard boiled egg, ramen cup of noodles w veggies in them
D Teryaki Noodles (for SO.. his fav) and chicken soup for me
Friday-- B- Toast w eggs as desired
L White rice with hamburger (like a rice stroganoff)
D Taco salad
Saturday B- pancakes & yogurt, pb& bananas for me
L Whatever we scrounge up (left over!)
D Steaks on grill w potatoes/greens
Sunday, Pot roast, chilli and left overs. :)
Snacks are veggies with dips, fruits, protein bars, nutrigrain bars (i have 300+) pop tarts and eggs, yogurt and dried fruit.

Mon ~ left overs (either meatloaf & mashed potatoes & another veggie or taco soup that I began defrosting friday night from the freezer "meal list")
Tuesday ~ Sheppherd's pie w/cheese sauce
Wed ~ Leftovers
Thurs ~ Chicken Quesadillas
Friday ~ leftovers or sandwhiches
Saturday ~ Taco Salad (if we eat before the birthday party)
Sun ~ spaghetti with garlic breadsticks & 2 veggies
