I read this this morning. I was gonna post it. I live across the bridge from SF and on one hand I see how a lot of people walk, eat local etc.. There is Faldo a ton of waste and extravagance there. I'm surprised it made the list. -
Well, my area is not on the list. I guess we just aren't that frugal! -
I can see how Minneapolis made the list. I moved to TX from MPLS/STP. The twin cities are definitely cautious on their spending.
As for Dallas, I honestly can't see how they made the list at all. I know way too much about that city to even consider them on the frugal side of the fence. I'm sure they paid someone to make the list. LOL.

I am suprised Vegas is on the list, I guess if you live there you really don't care about the Strip.
