How do you treat yourself after a stressful day/week/month?

I normally don't do anything but have to change that and start pampering myself a little bit.

i take a good nap. that seems to relax me more than anything. a hot bubble bath would be a good idea also.

cross stitching! It's not exactly free or cheap, but it does the trick.

In warm weather, a ride on my horse or even spending time in the garden relieves stress.

You're the 2nd person who finds cross stitching helps with relaxation. I'm curious now but it takes me so long just to learn to crochet and I kinda gave up.

I taught myself how to cross stitch when I was 13.  It's an addicting hobby, but I love to create a beautiful picture with fabric as a canvas and thread as my palette....and a chart to follow!
