Meal Planning
With as many hours my husband and his crew are working this outage they have been taking turns with providing dinner. They are working 13 hours a day with okay 1 day off a week and going on 5 weeks now with 2 weeks left.
Anyways, I am stumped on what to make them this week. I've made crab cakes, lasagna, sloppy joes, and 2 soups. The other wives or guys have made roast, chicken parm, casseroles, stuffed shells, chicken lot pie, chicken BBQ, BBQ, steaks, and gumbo.
This dish has to be able to reheat beautifully and needs to be able to be carried in 1 dish.
Any ideas? They are getting tired of the same ole things.
They have also had subs and pizza.

Ham sounds great! What about shepards pie?

Looks like a spiral ham should be next. Otherwise one of those guys is going to have to share some deer!
I have an 11x14 baking pan which would be about the right size. Maybe they would go for a 3 meat - 7 layer salad served with flat bread.
