Sunday:
breakfast – red flannel hash, poached eggs, veggie juice
lunch – butternut squash soup, double chocolate zucchini muffins
dinner – crockpot beef in mushroom gravy, green beans, mashed potatoes, butternut crisp
Monday:
breakfast – freezer grab bag (pancakes, waffles), veggie juice
lunch – leftover squash soup, salad, muffins
dinner - chicken alfredo, salad
Tuesday:
breakfast – eggs in ham cups, veggie juice
lunch - leftovers
dinner - beef & cheese spaghetti squash casserole, steamed broccoli
Wednesday:
breakfast – pumpkin custard, hard boiled eggs, veggie juice
lunch – sausage & spinach soup
dinner - taco lasagna (from freezer), Mexican corn salad
Thursday:
breakfast – veggie hash & eggs, veggie juice
lunch – fried whitefish, side salad, beet pickles
dinner - cabbage & ham hock stew, paleo apple cinnamon muffins
Friday:
breakfast – apple pumpkin bake, veggie juice
lunch – beef & veggie soup (homemade), leftover muffins
dinner - honey mustard chicken, oven fries, green beans, baked apples
Saturday:
breakfast - huevos rancheros, veggie juice
lunch – chef salad
dinner - almond flour crust pizza

Monday- lasagna and garlic bread (both from the freezer!!)
Tuesday - Homemade pizza and salad

Lunch- Tuna, Carrots, Apples
Dinner- Calico Beans, Corn Pone
Thursday-
Breakfast- Baked Cranberry Oatmeal, Kiwi
Lunch- Harry's Baby Pizzas, Pears
Dinner- Crab, Shrimp & Artisan Cheese Bake, Lima Beans
Friday-
Breakfast- Bread Pudding (not sure what type), Oranges
Lunch- Mexican Lettuce Wraps, Grapes
Dinner- Oven Fried Chicky, Roasted Roots & Squash, Dessert
Saturday-
Breakfast- Mixed Berry Yogurt, leftover pieces of fruit from the week
Lunch- Chicky Salad (lots of veggies in it), Apples
Dinner- Something quick for Dad and children, date night for us

LOL. Our daughters love how my mom and I used to come up with creative names for food instead of average names. (Like instead of individual breakfast casseroles, we say Birdie's Nest.) If I call something by an average name, they look all disappointed and tell me I need to think of a better name. So to get them to use creative thinking, I will ask them what they think something looks like or reminds them of, I give them hints if needed, and we come up with some cute things. I have encouraged each of the oldest five to come up with ideas for new lunches in the last couple of years. I don't direct them, but steer them in a better direction if they are thinking of combining two flavors I don't feel mesh well. I will ask if they have an idea of what they might want it to taste like, any ethnicity in mind, remind them of the flavors of similar things, etc., and they have done a really great job. Any way, we name all of those things too. I'm out of time now since the baby just popped awake from his nursing cat nap. He's decided that's all the sleep he needs these days. LOL. I'll try to get back with you later.
