Fencing.  We need to replace a fence line that is rotting but it's going to cost more than a $1000.

I would hire the mennonite guy to come and lay up the blocks for the 2 retaining walls next to the walkout basement/garage...we have all the materials, but Alan is busynfishing......smile...eye roll.

Just for the home??  Hmmmm...

I would repaint the living room, dining room, bedrooms...  heck, every room!  I would buy new window treatments for all of the rooms.  Build an island "table" for the kitchen.  Buy some new furniture/furniture covers.
