Join our 30 day "Slim Down for Summer" Challenge and get a full body makeover!

To sign up for our "Slim Down for Summer" Challenge, just reply to this post! We will provide you with 30 days of daily exercises and a clean recipe to try too! Proper diet AND exercise are KEY to a Summer Slim Down!

Incorporate or add each of the daily exercises to your regular workout routine. If you join the challenge late, that's okay too! Just start on the first day and keep going until you reach the end!

Beginning April 29th, you'll receive a daily link to the post of the day!

Here are some tips to consider before starting any challenge:

  • Remember to consult your physician before starting a weight loss challenge to be sure you are able to do the exercises.
  • Make sure you "warm up" before starting any exercise routine.
  • You can adjust the number of repetitions for each exercise or modify the exercises based on your fitness level.
  • Stay hydrated.
  • To keep track of your progress, take your measurements on day 1 and when you finish the challenge.

The "Slim Down for Summer" Challenge Giveaway starts 4/29/14 at 10:00a (ET) and ends 5/31/2014 at 11pm (ET) (the "Giveaway Period"). Enter by replying to this post with an appropriate comment during the Giveaway Period.
