Yesterday was just a yoga and stretching day, and boy did I need it!!! I felt so much better afterwards. My body was hurting and did not want to workout. Every time I moved it was long and just to tough to do anything. So I got out my yoga mat and band and started stretching the hell out of my body. And what a relief!!! iyiyi.
So today I am going to do my jump roping along with my arm challenge and YES the friday challenge.

You have no Idea.... I have to admit there were a few i couldnt finish.. and I just hate the russian twists

That sounds super fun. I don't know what some of those are, though; what's bird dog? And Russian twist?
