I really like Vega One Nutritional Shake, which you can add to a smoothie. I buy it at Whole Foods, but I know some of the local stores here have it. I like that it's not loaded with sugar and weird ingredients like dyes and such- I recognize the ingredients (though some people may not), which is really important to me.
Try to eat breakfast I kno u say u don't lik but I was the same way till I found out eating breakfast helps with weight lose as all as it a healthy breakfast
Use your shake as a snack or before workout or after "SNACK"

100 call English muffin lil peanut butter and half banana
Yogurt and a fruit (Greek)
Eggs with any veggies u want
Natural oatmeal top with fresh fruit
