If you weight your self, How often do you do it?

What helps you notice your weight loss

    I usually weigh myself once a day but I have noticed sometimes the scale isn't moving but my jeans are not as tight etc so u can't always go by weight!

    I weigh myself and take measurements every two weeks. I don't really care about the scale because it always lies.

    5 is nice- but I don't really "use" that as a way of measuring

    1, 2, & 3.  5 is nice.  I wish I'd started measuring in the beginning, because with a significant loss, I'm curious to at least know how much my waist has gone down.

    I occasionally weigh myself, but the scale almost always gets me down on myself. Mostly I try on clothes. Yesterday I tried in 2 pairs of shorts that really showcased my muffin top last summer... They fit now! With a little room to spare:)
