I walked for 15 minutes and did a quick 10 minute work out that included situps, push ups, squats, jumping jacks and lunges. I am going swimming a little later.

An hour of zumba and 20 additional minutes of legs (leg press, squats, dead lifts, etc.). It was killer!
I wemt for a short walk, due to the fact that I hurt my right hip ...but still good walk though
45 minutes on the treadmill - walked 5, ran 25 (1.87 miles), walked 5, ran 5 (.34 miles), walked 5.
3 mile walk this evening with the kids -- pusing the 2 yo in the jogging stroller and telling the 7 yo to keep up because she wanted to come... The joys of exercising with kids!
