10day fat flush water detox;
You should drink at least 3, 8oz glasses per day of this. The vitamin c turns fat into fuel, the tangerine increases your sensitivity to insulin and the cucumber makes you feel full. Water can sit for about 2 whole days without going bad. You can eat the fruits after water is gone if you would like.

Ingredients per 8oz glass;
1 slice of grapefruit
1 tangerine
1/2 cucumber sliced
2 peppermint leaves

Wash fruits & veggies, add all ingredients in an 8oz glass, stir and enjoy!

    The best way to flush fat is drink lots of water and eat a healthy diet with lots of veggies
