    6.5 mile run and then pulling Brady in the wagon to the beach and back home...another 1 mile or so:)  We had a great time!

    Mister & I walked today..ran a little. I was deadbeat tired but MADE myself get up and go. Only walked one lap today (think it's about 1.12 miles a lap) because it got pretty hot pretty fast and I refused to pass out and die in the woods lol

    The kids and I did a 3 mile walk and played at the park. I'm going to do Zumba in a little bit.

    Rode on two different bikes at th gym for 1.5 hours and them chased after DS on the indoor track for 10 minutes or so lol.

    I will be doing Zumba and todays squats. I'm going to try and pull in some abdominal crunches.
