I just can't seem to catch a break! Weight training (and overdoing it) caused some issues in my arms which aggravated a pinched nerve in my neck. Due to my unconscious efforts to compensate for the pain, I now have tendonitis in my shoulders/upper arms. Ever try to heal from tendonitis? They tell you to rest the affected joint for a few weeks. Uh huh. I'm a busy mom...and I can't do what I do with just one arm.
So....no workouts for a while.

Boo! That sucks. Try to behave so you can get better, though. =)
I slipped when I got out of the shower 2 days ago....really didn't help when I used that arm to catch myself.

A massage therapist cured my carpal tunnel...I do need to see a chiropractor for my neck and they've got a MT there. If I don't get this pinched nerve fixed I fear the tendonitis will keep recurring.
one word: acupuncture.
i swear, it cured my carpal tunnel and tennis elbow!
