i don't get it.. ugh my mood has been up and down when it's up i wantto work out eat good, then when not i do nothing and eat junk..ugh sorry had to vent
I think it's fairly common...do you get enough fresh air and sunshine, do you take any supplements to help with anything that be lacking in your food, do you have any family members that can help support you and talk through the bad days?
I think we all have those ups and downs! It's pushing through them that will make you better in the end, and help you develop the tools to make this work and keep the weight off!

I get like that the week before and the week of my period. It's really horrible. I just have to make sure that I go outside for at least an hour each day to workout and I feel a lot better.
