I've been teetering on the brink of hitting my 30 lbs milestone for almost 4 weeks. I knew what my problems were... I had gone from huge calorie burns on the weekend due to my half-marathon training to burning that much all week... I stopped counting calories... I was eating things I shouldn't. So I finally got my head back on straight and started counting my calories again.
I didn't just hit my 30 lbs milestone today, I shot past it to 32! Yes!
I know I had been teetering on my 50 mark for a few weeks- I knew it would come, but it was frustrating because I was SO close and it wasn't happening! *when it did- I had also lost 2 extra (52) -now stuck again though!
