March 5 at 5:24 AMSo I am starting my new journey today. I lost 2.5lbs last week which is fantastic since I have not been able to exercise since saturday. I have been really careful about what I eat and I am going to the doc today so hopefully we will know what is going on with me and I will get back on my workout routine!

I made german chocolate cupcakes last night. I got smart and started making chocolate things because I do not like chocolate lol

ok i had a ton of veggies which was good, but then ended up finishing dd's pizza so i ended up eating a total of 3 pieces of pizza...not so good. today is a new day!

I had 2 slices f pizza for lunch and a BK big fish sandwhich and part of a medium fry for lunch. i have not had dinner yet. I also did a 10 minute "tank top ready" arm workout
