I have been really struggling with working out since I broke my foot nearly 2 years ago. I did some permanent damage that's only repairable through surgery but even then, there's no guarantee. Over the weekend I made the decision to join a gym with a friend. I have an appointment with a personal trainer to find the best way to work out without too much discomfort and pain with my foot. I have spent much of the last 2 years disappointed and discouraged. For the 1st time, I am excited and hopeful. I can't wait until tomorrow!
