I messed up yesterday. I work nights, didn't eat before I left and didn't take enough food to last 12hrs at work. All I took was a small orange, 2 servings of quinoa (sp?), a salad (all veggies and very little salad dressing, and a small sweet potato. I was tempted to go to jack in the box. I've done great for 2 weeks right? But I didn't go. I go home and had a very small snack and am goin to bed. I wanna stuff myself to the miserable poit where you fall asleep. But I won't. And I'll plan much better tonight.
Great job powering through! At least you've learned from this, AND you stood strong in the face of major temptation. That's amazing!!! It took me awhile to find the balance of how much to take for my 12 hour days as well. It's tough!!
