I finished my 5k today in 27:40! I was shooting for under 29 but secretly hoping I could do under 28....just didn't think I could. Well, I did!! And I got 1st place in my age group!!! I've never placed before!! Given this was a smaller race with about 400 racers and all my friends who run who are fast didn't do this one....but still, I was proud! I'll take it :)

Haha no it was perfect weather this morning. About 57 when we started. But it's high of 78 today. We don't have much of a winter in FL.
