do work out ? and for how long ? i'm doing approx 2hrs a day sometimes more ~
I work out Monday-Saturday. I dont work out for a specific amount of time. I just do a certain number of exercises everyday
Usually 6 days a week. 30-60 minutes. Then one day a week I take a long walk (10 miles tomorrow)
40 minutes twice a week and 2-3 hours 3 times a week. (Sometimes I workout on Saturdays, but if I do, I only do strength training, no cardio)
When I'm not injured, I work out between 2-3 hours 6 days per week.
I work out between 30 minutes to 1 hr at a time. I try to exercise about 5 days a week, alternating intensity.
next week, I'm moving to 2 a days, so I'll be doing about 2-2.5 hours every day too.
