Re-weigh and Re-measure day

From 1-4-13 to 2-1-13

Lost 6.8lbs, 2in off my waist, 2in off my hips, .75in off my bicep, 2in off my thigh, 3.6 off my Body Fat, and 2.01 off my BMI.
In general did pretty good this month!!
