    I used today as a rest day!  Lululemon had a warehouse sale near me and I left my house at 6AM.  Great deals and am ready to workout tomorrow with a new outfit :-)

    i did 10 mins of kettle bells and 30 mins of shoveling snow

    I did a 15 min run/fast pace walking.

    I did 20 minutes of Jillian Michaels Wii game. Then while watching TV, during commercials I did mountian climbers, Burpees, squats, lounges, and jumping jacks.

    I will have a very active night at work, 6 hours on my feet, plus changing grease in the fryer will work my arms.(I work in a deli)

     45 min of Billy Blanks tae bo workout and a 30 min cafemom cardio workout with weights. =0)
