Weigh in day

Today was weigh in day for me. I lost 1lb. I have been 179.2 since Wednesday. I'm not surprised. Considering I lost 10 pounds the previous week and I've been sick and unable to exercise most of the week, 1 pound is pretty good. My clothes are getting bigger on me so I know I lost some inches last week. I'm hoping for 2 pounds this week.

Is today weigh in day for anyone else? How did you do?

    I'm not worried about it. I stuck to my diet and exercised as much as possible. I know I did everything I could. I am happy it's not a 0 or worse a +.

    I also lost a pound. I am now 157.4

    Yes it is was for me. I went for 189 to 185. I feel better. A long way to go, but slow and steady. I only had to give up soda and sugar drinks.

    You did an awesome job.

    1 lb in a week is great, especially considering the 10 last week! :)

    That is awesome! I gave up soda 2.5 years ago. I don't even miss it. :)

    I weigh in every day. I started AF today, and when I weighed in this morning I was up 1lb from yesterday (I ate some fries and 1/2 a burger from chilis for lunch)...not too terrible.

    I expected 0 because of my 10 last week but I was hoping for 2. I always hope for 2. :)

    1 pound is huge when you are in the lower numbers. It took a lot of work for me to lose 1 pound when I was in the 140s and 150s.
