Went on a 2 mile walk with my kids this morning...Now its time for a little Jillian..Im doubling up today because my wrist was hurting to bad to do it yesterday and I wanted to do it for 30 days straight. Im seriously starting to love fitting working out and healthy foods into my life.! Happy Saturday Everyone!

    I did day 1 c25k again since I didn't get all the way through it on Thursday. I made it 1 run further than last time.

    I did 230 squats today. I also did 50 bicycle crunches.

    I hooked the trailer up to my bike, and my 2 year old and I went for a bike ride with his big sister. I've always liked riding my bike, but having a toddler hooked on to the back end made it much more of a workout. My legs were buring after we were done lol.
