Running is one of the most important and natural exercises you can do to lose weight and get fit and healthy!
Running is an excellent form of cardiovascular exercise. Running also strengthens your muscles, reduces the risk of Type 2 Diabetes, burns fat and calories, strengthens your lungs, increases your stamina and boosts  your energy levels.
Whether you trot, jog or run anyone can do it. From Couch to 5k (C25K) for beginners to Marathon training for old pros, there is a running program/regimen for all levels of fitness.

    I did last summer. I need to get back to it. I used to do a combination of slow jog to a run and back for about twenty minutes every night

    Nope I do not run unless I'm scared of a dog, LOL!

    I used to run.  I set a goal once that I wanted to complete a 5K and I did it and then I pretty much quit running.  I never enjoyed it like some people do.

    do I run?- no

    do I like to run?- NO

    have I tried one of those programs for running?- no

    * I do zumba- an hour a pop instead

    I love running.  That is one of the main things I am trying to get back into.

    I dont run at all. I am way too out of shape.I do a lot of bike riding

    I hate running, I always have. Lol but once the weather is nice, I always walk with my girls just about everyday.

    I used to love to run. But I have heart issues, so I am trying to get back into it, slowly!

    Not happening for me. I never could stand running.
