Boobs are just fat. Your peck muscles may be weak but they also may not perm your "girls" up. Fyi
Push ups, shoulder press, burpees, clean and jerks are all some excersise (weights and non) that I can think of off the top of my head that work chest and shoulders.

push-ups, chest press (decline and incline), planking.
i would do overall strength-training instead of just focusing on just your chest. work all of your muscles and you;ll feel amazing.
breasts are all fat; toning your pecs will only give the illusion of a slightly perkier chest but doesn't actually "lift" the skin.

push ups and chest presses and the butterfly move. They will be the best lift that your girls can have. Good luck!

I agree, chest presses, push ups, bench presses, things like that can build up the pectoralis muscles, but breasts are fat, and nothing can lift the skin.
