Breakfast was Greek yogurt and raspberries.
Lunch was sizzling fajita steak salad with smoked jalapeño vinegarette.
I had a chewy chocolate chip cookie somewhere in between.
Dinner was chicken noodle soup and side salad.
Normally I don't eat quite like this. My diet is usually more varied. I don't feel good so it was all quick or delivered.
