Just curious what other people's meals look like.
January 11, 2013 at 8:55 PMBreakfast: half a grapefruit and Greek yogurt. Lunch: whole wheat pita with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and 2oz of chicken. Snack: trail mix granola bar supper: baked tilapia, brown rice, sautéed kale with pine nuts and a sprinkle of parm cheese.

Breakfast was Greek yogurt and raspberries.
Lunch was sizzling fajita steak salad with smoked jalapeño vinegarette.
I had a chewy chocolate chip cookie somewhere in between.
Dinner was chicken noodle soup and side salad.
Normally I don't eat quite like this. My diet is usually more varied. I don't feel good so it was all quick or delivered.

Dinner- breakfast burrito (2 egg whites, half of a potato, 0.25 bell pepper, 0.25 onion, 1 small tortilla)
Snacks- banana, air popped popcorn
