Just curious what other people's meals look like.

    Breakfast: half a grapefruit and Greek yogurt. Lunch: whole wheat pita with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and 2oz of chicken. Snack: trail mix granola bar supper: baked tilapia, brown rice, sautéed kale with pine nuts and a sprinkle of parm cheese.

    Half a piece of peanut butter toast in the a.m
    chicken noodle soup around 6:30pm......

    Two eggs
    Two pancakes
    Strawberries
    Almond milk

    Spring mix
    An avocado
    Tomato
    Carrots
    A few more strawberries

    A banana strawberries smoothie made with almond milk

    Tilapia
    Pasta with peas

    Crap from start to finish. But it was planned.

    Special K shake and protein bar, stouffers Mac n cheese, ww ice cream, 6" turkey & cheese sub, ww ice cream and a can of soda.

    Not really the best day

    Chinese food then morning sickness kicked in, puked it up yum

    Don't do what I did today
    Breakfast: hot cocoa
    Lunch: KFC bites, Pepsi and fried cheese curds
    Snack: fruit by the foot
    Dinner: french toast, eggs, bacon and sausage links

    Not a good day

    Breakfast was Greek yogurt and raspberries.

    Lunch was sizzling fajita steak salad with smoked jalapeño vinegarette.

    I had a chewy chocolate chip cookie somewhere in between.

    Dinner was chicken noodle soup and side salad.

    Normally I don't eat quite like this. My diet is usually more varied. I don't feel good so it was all quick or delivered.

    Breakfast- oatmeal with craisins and dates

    Lunch- smart ones roasted potatoes with broccoli and cheese

    Dinner- breakfast burrito (2 egg whites, half of a potato, 0.25 bell pepper, 0.25 onion, 1 small tortilla)

    Snacks- banana, air popped popcorn

    100 oz of water

    3 saltines, a few bites of cantalope and a pear.No appetite yet,have had the flu since Mon.
