Healthy Weight Loss
I'm not so great at this weight loss thing. Is that slow or average? Also, why is it nobody can tell a difference? And I haven't lost any inches around my waist or hips? I currently weigh 145 and I am 5'1

Lower carbs, higher protein, and higher fiber. Also, 35 minutes a day I do laps around the house (a fast paced walk) while doing 5 pounds weights in each hand.
