15 pounds in a month and a half

I'm not so great at this weight loss thing. Is that slow or average? Also, why is it nobody can tell a difference? And I haven't lost any inches around my waist or hips? I currently weigh 145 and I am 5'1

    How did you do that if you don't mind me asking? I want to start some healthy weight lose and it seems you would be someone to give some great pointers... That is about the amount I want to lose.

    Lower carbs, higher protein, and higher fiber. Also, 35 minutes a day I do laps around the house (a fast paced walk) while doing 5 pounds weights in each hand.

    I think it is wonderful! Depending on how much you have to lose it could be normal. Just be prepared if it slows down.
