1000 minutes challenge! (January)

Let's start 2013 off right!  1000+ minutes of activity in January!  Track your minutes here!  Feel free to set a 500 minute goal, or 2000!  1000 minutes breaks down to just 32 minutes per day (which allows for rest days with higher activity minutes on other days).  500 minutes would be about 30-35 minutes every other day.

Obviously exercise counts (running, workout DVDs, lifting, elliptical, etc, etc, etc), but you can decide what other stuff you include (going for walks, heavy cleaning, gardening, etc, etc, etc).  I'd probably count that stuff btw.

Everyone reply  to this post daily or weekly or however you want on how you're doing with your fitness minutes.  I usually reply daily with my minutes for the day :)  

Who is in this month?  WE CAN DO IT!  :0)

    I am going to shoot for 1000... I am horrible at keeping track but will give it my best!

    I've never set a goal this high and it's really kind of intimidating, but once a week I'm walking for 2+ hours straight, so I'm trying to remember it's not THAT scary =)

    My goal is 1500 minutes.

    1 - 120 minutes
    2 - rest
    3 - 20 minutes
    4 - 20 minutes
    5 - 20 minutes
    6 - rest
    7 - 40 minutes
    8 - 122 minutes
    9 - 40 minutes
    10 - rest (or rather, slacker day)
    11 - 40 minutes
    12 - 20 minutes
    13 - 132 minutes
    14 - rest
    15 - 45 minutes
    16 - 40 minutes
    17 - 20 minutes
    18 - 30 minutes
    19 - 50 minutes
    20 - 170 minutes
    21 - rest
    22 - sick
    23 - 45 minutes
    24 - sick
    25 - sick
    26 - sick
    27 - sick
    28 - sick
    29 - 50 minutes
    30 - 60 minutes

    Total:  1084 minutes

    Well, I'm going back into the gym in a week ( gotta wait until the monkey faces are back in school since I did not pay for childcare) so I'm in! 

    I'll shoot for 3000 minutes this month..That is 96 minutes per day... I can do that easily. :-) 

    ETA- 

    Current time as of 1/17- 1296 minutes... I need 1704 more minutes of activity for the month to make my goal...that is about 121 minutes per day ...gotta step it up some!

    1 32 - Walking (DVD) + 7 min squats + 5 min hula hoop = 44
    2  22 min walking (DVD) = 66
    3  27 min walking = 93
    4 none
    5 32 min walking = 125
    6 22 min walking = 147
    7 32 min walking = 179
    8 22 min walking = 201
    9 None
    10 22 min walking = 223
    11 22 min walking + 5 min legs = 27 today = 250 total.
