Do you do it? My son loves doing baking with me but since I've been doing a weight loss routine we don't bake. I want to bake with him, but what do I look for thats more on the healthier side.

I've cut way back on my holiday baking, but here are two awesome recipes I still make a couple of times during the holidays: (sorry I can't make them clicky, I'm mobile)

Those last ones are SOOOOOOO good! I've given out that recipe a lot.

I honestly don't see why you shouldn't continue baking, perhaps less often than what you originally were doing just to reduce the temptations for yourself. I still bake and make desserts (maybe more than I should) but you can use less eggs in most things (I just replace with a bit of water), applesauce, bananas, oatmeal (less flour), whole wheat flour, less sugar etc. Replace some fats and an egg with fruit or veggies such as carrots, zucchini, banana, apples, berries, pineapple, lemon or orange rind.... make oatmeal or peanut butter cookies more often... muffins are a great way to hide fruit and veggies for picky eaters and have healthy snacks on hand.
