Hi everyone!! My name is Amanda.  I have a son named Tyler who is 2.  Right now I am struggling to loose weight and am still carrying a lot of the baby weight that I had.  My goal is to loose 30 pounds by next summer.  It hard to fit exercising into my schedule.  Im a single mom, I work, and I go to school.  And when im not doing any of those things all i wanna do is relax!! But you gotta do what you gotta do so, starting Monday I am starting my diet and exercise and I am going to stick with it no matter how tired i am!! Because I can do it!! :D

    Welcome, Amanda! You can do it! Don't forget that what and how you eat is the most important component to weight loss. I think your goal is totally attainable! Good luck!
