Welcome to Day 17 of the October Weight Loss Challenge!

Charting your food intake is a good way to track your weight loss progress.

Do you use a food journal? How about an online journal?

How has using a journal helped you in your weight loss journey?

If you don't use a journal, how do you track the amount of food or calories you consume daily?

     I've never used a journal to track my eating or workout habits.  I wonder if it would help me any.  It is worth a try.

    I've tried using myfitnesspal but in not into logging what I eat and how much. Especially when a lot is homemade.

    I've tried a couple times online journaling but I could never make it part of my daily routine. I wonder if physically writing it on paper would help me to realize what and how much Iat. It's def worth a try bc I NEED to do something that is going to aid my efforts of losing this final baby weight.

    I have thought about it but no idea how to figure calories out. And sonce im eating more now due yo babe it be a psin. But once baby is born i might try.

    I use a food & exercise tracker from Sparkpeople.com.

    I've never had weight loss success like I've had in the past few months using their tracker. It makes calorie counting a no brainer!
