I started eating healthy and exercising on January 2nd.

Starting weight: 185

Current weight: 176

9 lbs down so far!!

I started off eating 1200 calories per day, but now have upped that to 1500.

Doing 30 day shred and Pilates 6 days per week.

Goal weight: 135

41 lbs to go!!

    Today's food journal:

    Breakfast: oatmeal

    Snack: granola bar

    Lunch: turkey sandwich on wheat with lettuce, tomato, mustard and light mayo. And a clementine.

    Snack: granola bar and then 100 cal bag of popcorn.

    Dinner: salad with turkey, shredded cheddar cheese and hard-boiled egg whites.

    Later I'll have a banana. I'll probably need to eat something else to get enough calories. Not sure what that will be yet :)

    Also did 30 day shred and Pilates

    Yesterday's menu:

    Breakfast oatmeal

    Lunch turkey sandwich on wheat and an apple

    Snack yogurt and granola bar

    Dinner homemade vegetable soup

    Snack popcorn

    Today's log...

    Breakfast oatmeal

    Lunch turkey sandwich

    Snack yogurt, 5 ritz crackers

    Dinner chicken with salsa and corn

    Snack popcorn

    I'm sure I'll have calories left over again so I'll have to come up with another snack.

    Did 30 DS and Pilates :)

    Just got diagnosed with pneumonia. So no exercise. Probably won't log food either.
    Current stats...
    Starting weight a year ago...185 lbs
    Current weight...143.2 lbs
    Got down to 135 at my lowest and trying to get back down there.

    Still sick but feeling a bit better today. I'm gonna try to eat well today and maybe get in some light yoga. I found a good YouTube yoga that's nice and slow. Maybe a little Pilates too :)
    I'll feel more human if I can do something good for my body today.
