I started eating healthy and exercising on January 2nd.
Starting weight: 185
Current weight: 176
9 lbs down so far!!
I started off eating 1200 calories per day, but now have upped that to 1500.
Doing 30 day shred and Pilates 6 days per week.
Goal weight: 135
41 lbs to go!!

Today's food journal:
Breakfast: oatmeal
Snack: granola bar
Lunch: turkey sandwich on wheat with lettuce, tomato, mustard and light mayo. And a clementine.
Snack: granola bar and then 100 cal bag of popcorn.
Dinner: salad with turkey, shredded cheddar cheese and hard-boiled egg whites.
Later I'll have a banana. I'll probably need to eat something else to get enough calories. Not sure what that will be yet :)
