               Sneak in Pureed Veggies

Puree cooked cauliflower, winter squash, or red peppers and stir them into sauces, mashed potatoes, pot pies, or even mac and cheese.

    Great idea! I might try this tonight. We'll see if my toddler (who's becoming more and more picky by the day) will even try it. And I might not let the hubby see either. ;)

     my family LOVES my lasagna little do they know how many veggies are in there lol.  you can also add veggies to smoothis and baking goods
