    We've boosted up our fruit and veggie intake to 8-10 servings per day.

    Also cutting back on processed grains.

    I have a hard time getting enough, but I try to eat whole grains and apples, celery and other veggies that have some good fiber.

    Vegan diet, I get plenty of fiber

    We add flax to our meals and eat fruits, veggies, whole grains.

    Yes, I eat plenty of fiber!  Veggies and fruits are a big part of my diet!
