Getting stuck
January 25 at 11:44 PM

I have done a lot of Jillian Micheals workouts.

For Months and weeks, and I see the results, they are wonderful.

However, my body is bored with it and so is my mind.

Do you guys have any really good cardio exercises? That would change it up?

Any really good suggestions?

I do walk about 2 miles a day with the pups,

I want to get to running but that would have to wait until the evening.

If you like to workout to videos, the FitnessBlender channel on youtube is great.  They have difficulties from novice to expert.  Low impact, aerobics, HIIT....you name it, they have a video for it.  It's my new favorite people to watch on there.

I'd say to give the running a go!  That's helped me a lot.

Have you thought about creating your own home workouts?

Do you have a bike, or access to a pool?  What about hiking?  Those are the kinds of things I do.

What about bike riding?  I've always found that to be a lot of fun.

I have done *some* home work out things, but I dont feel the same way as doing JM workouts. I want that tired, but happy feeling. I feel if I dont have a video to do, then I don't think I do enough.

And I will keep going until I want a nap.

I have access to a pool during the warmer months, I have a bike, and a stationary/recumberant bike, and I do hike here and there, Usually Linville Falls, but a lot of the closer trails are closed now, too many people are not careful.
